Orders are processed within 10-14 business days. Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking information at the email address provided at checkout.

Shipping times may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, holidays, and other circumstances outside of our control.

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. Her Era is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrectly entered address.

We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused; free of deodorant, makeup, stains, pet hair, odors, or other signs of wear; and in their original condition with tags attached.

For hygiene reasons, items showing signs of wear cannot be returned or exchanged.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Items marked Final Sale, clearance items, gift cards, and other items specifically identified as non-returnable cannot be returned or exchanged.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact Her Era as soon as possible after delivery. Include your order number and photos of the item so we can help make it right.

Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
